Terms of Service

HoleShot is a free fantasy game for Supercross, Pro Motocross and the SMX Playoffs. You make predictions for upcoming races and earn points based on the official results.

It is a game of skill played for fun and bragging rights. There is no entry fee, no wagering, and no cash prizes.

You need an account to make picks and join leagues. You must give accurate information, keep your login details private, and you are responsible for everything that happens under your account. One person, one account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, please get a parent or guardian's permission first.

Please don't: create multiple accounts, share accounts, automate picks with bots or scripts, attempt to interfere with scoring or lockout, or try to access other users' data.

We may suspend or remove an account, reset points, or remove a league that breaks these rules or harms other players.

Display names, league names, avatars and league images must not be offensive, misleading, infringing, or impersonate another person or brand. You keep ownership of what you upload, and you give us permission to display it inside the app where it is relevant (for example your avatar on the leaderboard).

We may remove content that breaks these rules without notice.

Scoring depends on official timing and results published by third parties. Results can be amended after a race, and when that happens we may re-score a round. We do our best to keep everything accurate but we can't guarantee it.

The service is provided "as is". We may change, pause, or discontinue features, and we don't promise uninterrupted availability.

The core game is free. If we ever introduce paid features, they will be cosmetic or convenience only and will never give a scoring advantage. Pricing and terms will be shown clearly before any purchase.

HoleShot is an independent fan project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by AMA Pro Racing, Feld Motor Sports, MX Sports Pro Racing, SuperMotocross, or any team, rider or sponsor. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, HoleShot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from inaccurate results, downtime, or lost picks.

You can stop using HoleShot at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken.
