Account details — your email address, display name and optional avatar. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile info from Google; we never see your Google password.

Game data — your picks, points, achievements, championship plates and league memberships.

Messages you send us — the name, email and message from the contact form, so we can reply.

Basic technical data — standard server logs and anonymous usage statistics used to keep the site running and fix errors.

To run your account, score your picks, build leaderboards and leagues, prevent abuse, answer your messages, and send essential account emails such as password resets. We do not send marketing email.

Your display name, avatar, points, achievements, championship plates and past picks for completed rounds are public on your profile and the leaderboard. Picks for a round that hasn't locked yet are private until lockout. Your email address is never shown to other users.

We use cookies and browser storage strictly to keep you signed in securely and remember basic preferences. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The site runs on hosting and database infrastructure provided by our technical providers, who process data on our instructions only. Race data comes from public official sources and contains no personal data about you.

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Delete your account and we remove your personal details; anonymised historical results may remain so past standings stay intact.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Edit most details directly in your profile, or email us and we'll take care of the rest.

HoleShot is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
